It's really easy to enrol, you can either click the 'Book Now' button at the top of the page, or CLICK HERE and our parent portal (Enrolmy) will open up.
The enrolment process is very straight forward, but if you are having any issues, jump over to our PARENT GUIDES page where we have some You Tube tutorials, or you can always call us on (03) 366 9408 and we will walk you through it.
We have 28 locations across the South Island, if you head over to our LOCATIONS page you will see a map of our current locations.
Our aim is to make our programme's as accessible as possible for all families. With this in mind, location fee's may vary depending on operating costs. Families have the ability to apply for WINZ subsidy grants to help with costs. You can find all the information on this by CLICKING HERE. We also offer a school day session and a full day session in the holidays, to best meet the needs families. For full fee information on each individual programme, go to the programme information under 'LOCATIONS'.
All of our after school and holiday programmes are open until 6pm. You can pick your child/ren up at any stage. The only time when this may be restricted, is during the holiday programme when the programme may be on an excursion. Our trips/excursions are always back before 3pm (unless otherwise advised). If you are going to be picking your child up later than their booked session, please let our Head Office know so that we have the correct staffing ratio's.
All of our after school programmes have a combination of structure and supervised free play, after all, you're not paying us to just 'babysit' your kids. The kids are provided with a healthy afternoon tea and this is also a time when homework is completed with close staff assistance. Once this is all finished children can engage in supervised free play until our 4pm 'gathering'. Our daily gathering is a time where the children can share something about their day, and the staff will introduce the planned structured activity for that day. It's all fun and games from there!
AFTER SCHOOL - You are required to give our Head Office two weeks’ notice, in writing, for any permanent cancellation of a day/s. The notice period will begin from the date of formal, written notification to Head Office or the last day of attendance. Failure to provide this notice period will result in full charges being applied for two weeks from either the child’s last day or the date of formal notification being received by Head Office. Any individual sessions 'cancelled' will be treated as an absence and fees will apply accordingly, i.e school camp, family holidays.
HOLIDAYS - Any cancellations of holiday bookings must be received prior to the cut-off date (this is always one business week prior to the beginning of the Holiday Programme, with the exception being January/December, check our T's & C's for more info). There are no refunds for cancellations after this cut-off period for all school holiday enrolments. All school holiday enrolments cancelled prior to the cut-off date are subject to an administration fee.
There are a couple of ways to pay your invoices. You can go on to your parent dashboard, click on the 'Payments' tab and follow the instructions to pay via credit card. Your parent dashboard is where you can view any current or overdue invoices, and pay them. You can also see other options, like bank transfer. Our bank details are also shown on your monthly statements, which are emailed out to you at the start of each month.
We will send out individual invoices automatically on a fortnightly basis via Enrolmy. Your invoices are all on your Enrolmy parent Dashboard. From there you can view any current invoices and pay them. At the start of each month you will be emailed a statement from the month prior, this shows all payments received and invoices charged for that monthly period. At any stage you can request for invoices and/or statements to be emailed out to you from Head Office.
Firstly we will check with the school, then we will contact the main parent/caregiver. The next step is that we will contact every other person listed on your child's profile (i.e second parent, emergency contacts, authorized pick-ups). The final step after these have been exhausted is to contact the Police. We take this process very seriously and therefore it is important that you keep your child's profile information up to date.
